According to article R.541-10-23 of the French Environmental Code, Legrand Groupe adheres to VALOBAT and ECOSYSTEM, eco-organisms in charge of the collect, the removal, the processing and the recycling of building products and materials in the construction sector (“BPMC”) and electrical and electronic equipment (“EEE”). It is specified that VALOBAT adherents are committed to impact and to display the eco-contribution they pay on the products they put on the market, on the invoices intended to their direct professional customers.
The share of the cost per unit that Legrand Group bears for the management of waste of BPMC and EEE as invoiced by eco-organisms is totally impacted to the professional buyer of the product without possibility of rebate.
The amount of eco-contributions is specified in products sheets.
Responsibility
